LEMON PEPPER CHICKEN BREAST
Processing
Put the fresh chicken breast into the Hela Spicer.
Add the Lemon Pepper Marinade and the cold water mix for 15 minutes under vacuum.
Add the Hela Seasoned Oil Brilliant Red and mix for 1-2 minutes.
Remove the seasoned chicken breast from the Spicer, tray pack and overwrap.
