Marinated honey dijon pork chops

Processing

Pump the pork loins 15 %. Cut the pumped pork loins into chops approx. ¾ inch to 1 inch thick. Vacuum tumble the chops in the Hela Spicer for 4 minutes. Add the Dijon Mustard Marinade and tumble for 2 minutes. Add the Seasoned Oil Brilliant Red and tumble for 1 minutes. Remove the marinated meat from the Spicer Tumbler and pack as desired.
